The 2.75" size is small enough that some guests may want more than one. These are perfect for larger gatherings when variety and presentation are most important.
All flavors also come in a 4" size that might be suitable for smaller gatherings. You might prefer this size if you want to provide your guests a larger portion which is about the size of a regular slice of pie and if you prefer to serve your guests the same flavor.
